NLV74HCT4851ADRG Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 8:1. Operation at a temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. In total, there are 16 terminations. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 8 channels. In the case of a voltage supply of 5V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. Into the electrical component body are injected 16 pins. There are 1 circuits in this switch device. Analog switches have 400Ohm internal resistance. To find out what the 16 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. Users shouldn't supply more than 5.5V voltage to the switch device. 4.5V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component.
